Our Rates: We charge a minimum of one hour on all jobs. Rates exclude materials and are subject to VAT.
* Boiler Service
All Boiler service is subject to parts as some boilers require parts as part of the service this will be charged at a extra cost depending on the boiler.

Estimates
can be provided by the engineers or an estimator before work commences.

Fixed Prices*
can be given if requested either verbal or a written quotation by the engineer before work commences and are subject to VAT.
Materials supplied
by RARE Plumbing and Heating services will be charged at cost price plus 25% markup and are subject to VAT.
Material collection
time for non-stock items will be kept to a minimum – any charge will be agreed with the customer in advance and will not exceed £80+vat.

The invoice
presented will clearly show a full description of work carried out – time started/time finished, and a full breakdown of Labour and Materials.
Payment
must be made in full by credit card or cash to the Engineer upon receipt of the invoice.
We do not charge
for traveling, parking, congestion or extra for call-out – we have no hidden charges.

What's our RARE process?
STEP 1
To get in touch with us, you can call the phone number on the contact page or email us.
STEP 2
We can provide phone advice and schedule a property visit if necessary, usually within a few hours.
STEP 3
We will come to your home and protect your furniture and valuables so nothing gets damaged.
STEP 4
Once the work has been agreed upon, we will send you an invoice and proceed with payment only after ensuring your complete satisfaction.
